Temperature is on the rise and have reached 30°C . Phew! Thinking to myself what a sunny day *in Akon’s voice.
We can now enjoy fruit salads consisting of more than just citrus . Ice cold smoothies are my absolute favorite light lunch on days like today and I love how convenient it is to just chuck everything in a blender.
Anyways, strawberry kiwi smoothies best soothes this day.

- To make the strawberry layer place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more milk if your blender is having a hard time processing it. Pour this layer on top of the kiwi layer. Serve right away.
If you are using glass cups you can cut additional fresh fruit and stick it the edge of your cup before adding the blended smoothie. Finally add the ice cubes.
Your drink is ready! Sabroso!!!
